I have a few questions regarding what can be tested in the final exam: 1.For joins,we only need to know how to perform a left outer join?(no need to know how to perform a right outer join etc.) 2.I also have another question regarding the use of where and in clauses. When do i use them? And arent they able to query the same things?I can also select for multiple conditions by doing where='condition1' and =condition2 instead of in. 3.I was doing some practice papers and just want to clarify whether these topics are still in our syllabus(since the papers are quite old). Are we required to know Boyce-Codd Normal forms and Tree-based indexes(found in 2014 paper)

If you know how to perform a left outer join, understanding a right outer join becomes easy because the logic is essentially the same but reversed.

Hi, The exam materials on OneSearch are too old. Some concepts have been removed or updated. And this year’s final exam format is different from exams in previous years. The practice exam on LMS is a good guide for your final exam. I strongly suggest you understand the practice exam paper, and review lecture slides and workshop questions.
