Hi I might be wrong but I think services are general procedures that the clinic provides whereas, treatments are more personalised to the patient's need. For instance, a clinic may provide services such as a consultation, surgery and eye examination. Treatments include for example, lasik surgery and corneal transplant. Hope that makes sense :)
