Hi Sammy, A patient/customer visits the clinic for the first time, their details are inserted into the system, and a client number is generated. Subsequent visits by the same patient/customer would refer to the existing client number. Now back to your query, we can only have a client number for either patient or customer who is somehow associated with the clinic which is via appointment/invoice. In the project worksheet it says that when a patient or customer gets associated with the clinic, a client number is generated. Therefore my question is, is the patient or customer dependent on appointment for getting associated with the clinic or a patient/customer can exist without an appointment but with just a client number. > > Thanks
