1st project Parameters & Functions (both)

Theoretically the language description limits it to 49; there's a maximum of 50 unique identifiers per file, and so if you had a single function there would be 1 identifier for the function name and a maximum of 49 for the function parameters. Although this is just me extrapolating from the syntax guide and the description, so maybe Chris/a lab facilitator will tell me I'm wrong...
