For the [Ready to Running], sometimes CPU is able to do some other work in the same microsecond in the transition, and other times the transition takes up the entire microsecond. Why? I see this in several cases, like first time it occurs right after spawning a process, first time it occurs after exiting a process, first time it occurs after a time quanta expires, etc.
