so the project says: No time is consumed deciding that the currently Running process can remaining Running (and start a new time-quantum). and the clarification says: A process remains on the CPU (computing something) until: ... its time-quantum expires, RUNNING→READY (10 usecs). Process that exhaust their time-quantum always return to the READY queue. so is the clarification saying that (assuming only one process) a process at the end of its time quantum, is made running->ready (taking 10 usec) then immediately ready->running (taking 5 usec) for a total of 15 usec every time the time-quantum ends, even if there are not any other processes waiting? and the project meant no EXTRA time is consumed during the running->ready->running? i just want to make sure im not misunderstanding the clarification.
