1st project 1usec increase from running --> sleeping (all 5)

A process that is sleeping is blocked (for a period of time), so the transition time for Ready->Blocked applies. If you review the 5-state model, [CITS2002]⬈ there is only a single Blocked state, but that can be implemented, and actions described, in a number of ways. Some students are implementing 'Blocked' as a single queue, including Sleeping, Waiting, and I/O, while some others are implementing distinct queues for each of the 3 reasons for being blocked.
