waits for all processes that it has spawned to terminate (at which time the process is marked as Blocked until the other processes terminate).

Why the process will be blocked? The sample solution shows that if a process spawns another process, its status will be RUNNING->READY, but not RUNNING->BLOCKED

So it will wait in the Ready Queue, Why it is said that it will be blocked in the project description?
