I do agree that empty subdirectories should be created in the other directories as it does make sense to make the directories to be synced exactly the same (in terms of structure and file contents). This is also what happens in cloud syncing. Also, I read in an earlier post that globbing only applies to filenames, and not the directory names (i.e. if the name of a sub-directory matches an ignore pattern, the sub-directory is still synced and not ignored completely). Unless by "filename" Chris meant all directory entries, including the name of the directories. Just a little bit confused as the project sheet keeps mentioning "matching directories" in the pattern matching section.
