Project submission not working (all 5)

Looks like there is a bug in cssubmit. I will see if I can find a fix. We're using a validation script to ensure that your project.txt is in the correct format. This is a feature that is support by cssubmit. However, there have been some changes to cssubmit recently and it looks like they have broken this feature.
