I feel that the use of 'scummy' was inappropriate because it was describing a person instead of a thing. We should focus on the thing (fact) itself rather than talking about a person's morality. It's a better way to say "Mehwish hasn't been making responses here timely and actively. I feel disappointed with the speed of responding and I feel the lack of assistance in this unit's study." However, I agree that the OP who used the word 'scrummy' was just expressing his disappointment, and he shouldn't been bullied for being honest. You can point out that he didn't use the word correctly and didn't describe the thing properly, instead of scolding or mocking him. He should probably just improve his way of expressing his feelings. And I do agree that there has been a lack of responses in this help forum. That's the feedback I would like to share about this unit.
