You do not need to solve all the problems to get full marks. Each problem has an associated points score. Your mark for the project will be the sum of points for your correct submissions. If this is over 100, it will be rounded down to 100. Formally, your grade will be min(total_score, 100).

This was given in the project description. Does that mean we get 30% if we get 100 marks or more?

I assume by 30% you are referring to that fact that the project contributes 30% to your overall unit mark. If so, yes, if you get a score of >=100, then your project grade will be 100%, which is weighted at 30% of the unit grade.

I've submitted two versions for the same problem, although both are correct. I've added some changes and comments to the newer version. When marking the project, will the examiners have access to all past submissions, or will they only review and mark the code linked in project.txt?

We have access to all your submissions. However, we will only be looking at them to verify how many problems you solved (to tally the points), or to manually check any plagiarism hits.
