The mid-semester tests have been marked, reviewed, and are finally available in csmarks.
217 students sat the test (195 in 2023), and the average mark (after some remarking) is 11.1/20 (was 9.8/20 in 2023).
Congratulations to the 61 students receiving 14/20 or higher.
You may pick up your marked paper, and a copy of the sample answers, from the CSSE front-office (middle floor, via the eastern stairs) from Tuesday 14th May. The papers are in 3 bundles - A-I, J-M, N-Z - 'roughly sorted' by your surname, so you'll need to search a little through a bundle to find yours.
Check the arithmetic on your papers, compare your answers with the samples, and come and contact Dr Atif Mansoor me if you find a discrepancy between what's marked/recorded and your expectations.
If your mark is significantly below what you expected, after an honest reflection on your engagement with the unit and how much you studied for the test, then feel free to contact me to discuss how things can improve for the remainder of the unit.
Good luck,
