Hi Chris, hoping for clarification on the following dot point: Ideally, the returned result will be the fastest journey - even if it leaves later or includes more segments (hops) than other journeys (but firstly, just report any any valid journey!) Should the returned result be the route that will arrive at the destination the earliest, or the route with the shortest trip time? For example, if there are two routes to go from station a to station d, and one of them takes 30 minutes while the other takes 40 minutes, but the 30 minute route leaves 15 minutes later than the 40 (and hence arrives later), what would be considered the fastest journey?

The fastest journey is one that arrives at the destination soonest - even if you have to wait around at the starting platform before the first leg.
