Each column and each row of a matrix 'can' be considered as a vector. It is generally
more helpful in linear algebra computation and understanding to think of a matrix as
an arrangement of column vectors. This has to do with the sub-spaces formed by column
vectors (which is a more advanced topic than what is required for this unit).
