Hi, As I mentioned in another thread, please keep in mind that the timesheet is mainly an exercise in prediction, and a management tool for the project where it provides a consolidated view of progress to date (versus expectation). What I'm seeking to avoid is revisionism, where the past is altered in the light of experience, making learning impossible. OTOH, if what was listed was wrong, then correction is appropriate. The issue is: what was the reality then, and what is it now. Makes sense? Cheers MichaelW 👨‍🎨
