I understand that we upload our files on in the teams folder, but should we create separate folders within it for each week? (e.g., teamX/week2, teamX/week3), or would the folder be cleared at the end of each week. Also, are we meant to be using the same excel sheets (booked hours, time sheets, etc) every week, or use a new one every week
