Hi, What I have in mind is the actual, uninflated time you spent doing things related to the Project. Managing a Team costs time, so down it goes. Formal meetings (because they are minuted), but not the chats you have along the way as there is no evidence. When you go to the Tav for a social, recommended, but not for Booked Hours. Fair enough?
