It's my understanding that the work we do is validated through our GitHub commits. Say for example someone is doing research, or learning a new technology (for example a language) should we be committing writeups of our research or tutorial code work to GitHub too as a proof of work. Or are the timesheets enough for receipting this sort of work? Thanks, apologies if I missed this on the website.
