Hi, Given that projects are so different, and therefore the tasks that need to be completed, I cannot provide any specific criteria beyond what you've likely already worked out using commonsense. Assuming you accept what has been entered on the individual Booked Hours as (reasonably) accurate (no-one needs to be obsessive), then it's just a matter of mapping the time each person has spent on their assigned parts of the project to those work/budget lines. Of course, subsets of Team members may be working on the same thing, but then it comes down to adding up the individual hours for that item for that week. Fair enough? Cheers MichaelW
