Trouble Accessing Spark Plus (all 3)

Hello Professor,

I am writing to inquire about how to resolve the issue of being unable to log in to Spark Plus. This marks my initial attempt at accessing Spark Plus, and I have followed the manual's instructions to reset my password. Yet, after clicking on the 'Forgotten Your Password?', I have not received any emails from Spark Plus. I have diligently checked my spam folder and made multiple attempts, but no emails from Spark Plus have surfaced.
