Switch roles (both)

Hi, Reviewing/rotating Team roles at the end of each Sprint does seem to be a more natural change point, as you are reflecting on the process as a whole to that point. Some roles will change naturally given the demands of the project, e.g. testing, but the Project Manager will need to be formally changed. One Team last year did it every two weeks (!), which really didn't work and lead to tokenism (ie wanting to have the badge without having done any real work). Cheers MichaelW
