Hi Michael, Do we only need to submit our formal group meeting minutes each week, or should we also submit those involving the client or the mentor/auditor? Cheers.

Sorry, just clarifying, I understand we are to submit our formal meeting minutes and those with our client. Do we also include those with our mentor and auditor?

Hi Taytlah First off, thanks for posting under your name, rather than anonymously. I very much prefer to know who I'm replying to. Client meeting, Yes. Auditor meeting happens anyway, as the Team is inviting the Auditor to a normal weekly Team meeting; it's not for show! Cheers MichaelW

Hi Taylah Client meetings should (always) be minuted. Mentor meeting needs to be minuted. However, the meeting with the Auditor is just a normal Team meeting, so will be minuted in the usual run of things; just add Auditor to the list of attendees. Cheers MichaelW 👨‍🎨
