Dear Tim,

My team and I, have decided to each have our own branch on Github while developing
project 2.

My question is should we have a virtual tmp environment on the master branch of project
2 while it is in development? Such that each member's branch has the same python
libraries? Or should the virtual tmp environment only be on our own branch? or even just
stored locally?

Cheers,
Matt Carter

No venvs on GitHub. Full requirements.txt required. No mongo, SQLAlchemy with SQLite3 required.
