sorry i was a bit dumb, i think it has to do with where the container is. I had the same problem putting it in system32, don't do that, put it in user home

Try using the cd and ls command, hope this helps

The task asked u to navigate towards the directory, what you're doing is creating a directory which isn't necessary, hence you don't have the permission to do so.
