Is we have to submit the file without .sh that will open in notepad without any text files and csv file...

Hi, Given that it will be marked by a human, I don't think it matters either way. It goes into the realms of bells and whistles, which are no substitute for solid code doing the job. However, if your code is solid, then like the proverbial chicken soup, the other stuff can't hurt. I have no idea how portable it is.
