Do our file names matter? Since this is marked by an automarker but there is no specification about what our "helper" scripts should be named, I can imagine there might be some conflicts with file names. For example a helper file I have is called "words.txt" but I can easily see this conflicting with files used by the automarker. Should we be worried about this?

Hi In best academic tradition, the answer is Yes and No (but mostly No). It matters greatly that you use the top level name that I have specified. Thus: malaria_incidence and common_words in the last assignment and style_cmp for this assignment. style_cmp.sh is a different name and won't be found. That I've done in setting up autotesting for Assignment 1 is try to rescue and many programs with divergent names as possible (but at penalty of 2 marks). However, internal to your program, what you call your scripts below the top level program is entirely up to you. Of course, you'll need to be consistent. Fair enough? Cheers MichaelW
