Hi Arran, With the project due in three days, I was just wondering when the testing area for Q8/the junit tests will be available? Callum

I've copied over the question 8 box from the final submissions area to the testbed. It compiles your code, and checks that at least one method in your class has a "@Test" annotation, so if you're uncertain whether you've done those two things correctly, it could be of help to you.

Cheers

Arran

Hi Arran,

I've used a different annotation for my test method. Is this allowed? Or does the Annotation have to be "@Test"?

Thanks.

Hi Joshua,

I can't think of any good reason to use another annotation.

If you're using some other annotation, you may have misunderstood when it's appropriate. I'd suggest dropping into one of the timetabled lab sessions, and asking one of the lab teaching staff if your understanding of that annotation is correct.

Cheers

Arran
