I have modified my editor preference to use the TinyMCE editor. When I was uploading my answer for Question 3, I included a clear and visible diagram at the beginning. However, after successfully submitting everything, I noticed during the review that the diagram at the beginning of question 3 was no longer visible. Is this a normal occurrence? Additionally, I found out that during the review process, the editor was set to the default one, rather than the TinyMCE editor that I had selected. Cheers

Hi,

That's a normal occurrence, no. If an image has been properly included, it should be visible on review.

So you'll need to get the image working, or rewrite your answer if you cannot. One thing you could try is to check the HTML source to make sure the relevant <img> tag links to somewhere that is actually accessible (or contains embedded base64 data). You can host the image on imgur or a similar platform, and link to it there. You can drop in on one of today's timetabled lab sessions to see if the lab teaching staff can assist – if you explain clearly what you're trying to do, they can often diagnose some of the more obvious mistakes people make with Moodle.

I hope those suggestions help.

Cheers

Arran
