the speed of writing matrix to file is extremly slow

The speed of writing the result matrix B and C to file is extremely slow. The reason is the result matrix of B and C has column number nearly 100000 so it is very big. Can I write binary format to the file instead? I've tested it is much faster than writing text format. If necessary I can provide a function for write text format for small size input.
