Annoyingly Long Tabs

Hi everyone, I've got a question regarding extremely long tabs that have been affected by month and year (mainly year) columns that are added in the preprocess part of the assignment. They look like this (below). I'm sure it's not going to get my marks off but they just hurt my eyes. Is there a fix for this? Thank you **Look to the very edge of the right of the image and you can see the year being tabbed out so far away that the 2 is separated from the 010
