After a quite a while of struggling to understand exactly what the breaches_per_month program is needed to do, I think I understand what is needed and wanted to confirm I understand it correctly. We want to count the number of incidents that occur per month across all of the years provided then report back the median number of incidents. So for example if January had 5 incidents in 2002, 2 incidents in 2003 and 9 incidents in 2004, it would report back Jan 9 and then if it was near, above or below the MAD value.
