Hi, I'm sorry that you are upset. The problem is that, with assignments due in the last week, there is only a small window of opportunity to get the submissions marked before exams, and the OSTS exams were early in the season. On top of that, several of the markers have their own exams. Finally, unlike assignments, where I exhort everyone to start early (and do so in my own practice as a current student), we can't begin marking until the assignments are in and the exam has been sat (and scripts collected). We truly make every effort. Please also understand that, with the need to change exams from year to year, every exam is an experiment. I try to maintain similar levels of difficulty, but it's always best guess. May I suggest that before you pass judgement, please wait till the results come out.
