There are two column called medianPC and PC_Range. From my understanding, the result of maximum percentage of tobacco users is supposed to be the larger number in the PC_Range column, right? I divided the last column into two columns and sort the data but found out the result is different from the sample (the sample may use the medianPC so I am not sure about which data I should use). Thank you.

Same question here! Is it supposed to be "the maximum median percentage"?

Hi, The range column is actually not relevant for this assignment, and the maths you suggest is well beyond the tools that I have asked you to use. Please just use the medianPC for the calculations. Cheers MichaelW
