Error in rotating about Y axis matrice in lab4

For question 6 of the solutions, it states that the Y multiplier is:

                             mat3( vec3(cos(angle),  0.0, -sin(angle)),
                                     vec3(0.0,         1.0,         0.0),
                                     vec3(-sin(angle), 0.0,  cos(angle)) );

but shouldnt the Y multiplier be:

                                mat3( vec3(cos(angle),  0.0, sin(angle)),
                                     vec3(0.0,         1.0,         0.0),
                                     vec3(-sin(angle), 0.0,  cos(angle)) );
