Resources used should be referenced. It is fine to just use anchor tags linking to 
content, but you can include bibliographic references if you prefer (it's a good 
opportunity to apply some css styles).

e.g. "NodeJS extended the asynchronous programming paradigm to the server side as 
discussed in <a href="https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/5617064">this paper.
</a>"

It's not formal referencing style, but sufficient for this project.
