Try not to add extra columns or attributes. Only do that if there is no other way out.

Dr. Nasim, i have a question. The 4th paragraph in the project has a sentence that is unclear-'The details of such representatives are recorded as though they were person clients'.is it trying to say that representatives are a separate table or in the client table.
