No, when I said your Team's director, I meant your Team's directory sigh . Unfortunately, the Auditor directory permissions were not set properly to prevent that.

Hi,
Yes, Team directories is what I had in mind, though quite a few Teams placed them, incorrectly, in the Auditors director, which is meant for Auditors use, but the permissions were not properly set).

Well since it says, "via you Team's Directory" on the project page, doesn't this mean that it has to be in our team's specific teams directory
Something like Group xx Sprint1 deliverables.zip
I can see lots of groups have just uploaded it to the home ...

Hi,
As you will see, the Sprint 1 reflection is a structured document. Please just respond to the questions (and include the question in the response). There is no fixed length for each response, and some, particularly questions of fac...
Hi Elijah,
LMS please. It used to be cssubmit. I'll change that right away. Thanks for letting me know. That said, cssubmit will not accept submissions in any case; the deadline is just listed there proforma.
Cheers

Hi Michael,
As an indicator to the level of detail we should give, how much are we expected to write on the Sprint 1 personal reflection? (1 page, more?, etc)
Also, can you confirm if time spent on these reflections are bookable hours that go in the 'r...

Hi,
No, it is not compulsory. It's there if you want to write something. Main thing to bear in mind that only I get to see the comments, so you can share any concerns (though you can also chat with your Team's Auditor). That said, your...
Hi Michael,
I was reading through both the marking criteria (https teaching.csse.uwa.edu.au units CITS3200 project Personal Reflection Marking Criteria.html) for reflections and the sprint 1 guide (https teaching.csse.uwa.edu.au units CITS3200 p...
On the Project page it says this
A single (Zip or tar) file with all the required documents sent to the Project Auditor via your Team's directory on MS Teams.
I assumed (as have some other people as I can see) that this means we have to upload the zip...

Hi,
There is no need for an extra document because the Auditor is meant to attend one of the normal Team meetings, so will be noted in the Minutes for that meeting. In other words, it should be a real normal meeting, not a performance ...

Hi,
The STARS report is just provided as an example, in case you want a starting point. If you want to do something different, that's fine. Ultimately, its content is to be negotiated between the Team and the Client, and the format sho...

Just do something sensible, like creating a named Sprint 1 sub-directory, to make it easy to find. On that basis, putting the Sprint 1 deliverables in Week 4 is not particularly helpful.

Hello, I just wanted to know where the Sprint 1 deliverables are to be submitted on MsTeams.
I cannot seem to find any specific instructions for the submission location in our group directory for the zip file containing all the documents. Is it to go...
Hi Michael,
I understand from a previous thread that the Test Analysis Report was to be done after Sprint 3. In this case, should we include the outline of the Test Analysis Report as shown in the STARS Test Manual, or should we omit it entirely?
Addit...
Hi Michael,
On the unit timetable page, there is a green dots in week 6 reminding us that the project auditor meeting is due that week.
May I ask if we are required to submit an extra document for that?
Or the idea is just to make sure that we had a dis...

Hi,
What testing refers to in the documents are the acceptance tests that the Team negotiate with the Client. Of course there will need to be internal testing at the module level, but the user doesn't necessarily need to see them, unle...
Hi Michael,
Just wanted to clarify somethings about the project acceptance tests. Firstly, I noticed in the marking rubric about corresponding to the top 70 of value. In the case of our client the 100 test was split evenly into 25 25 25 25 and was p...
