In the project page it says as follows "You are expected to log every contribution to the project on GitHub. That is, not just your contributions to project code, but also all documentation and testing logs." Does the documentation include meeting minutes, booked hours, and timesheets, or does it specifically refer to user guides, project reports and similar material?

Hi Jansen, Given that you will be submitting all of those each week in any case via MS-Teams, putting them on Github is redundant. I have in mind code (of course), docs, test logs. That sort of thing. Cheers MichaelW 👨‍🎨

Hi, I was wondering if the GitHub contributions were explicitly required. Our group project seems like it may not require GitHub to perform the tasks. Thanks

Unless you can suggest a similar technology, yes. I do understand that many people find Git unintuitive, but it is the defacto standard for version control so everyone leaving UWA really does need to know how to use it. That said, my purpose is that each Team have a place, accessible to Auditors (including, for a time, beyond the end of the project), where all contributions other than the weekly deliverables can be recorded, so there is something to back the recorded Booked Hours. (And yes, I accept and fully acknowledge that the mapping between booked hours and stuff on Git - or whereever - is very approximate, but it's better than nothing.) Fair enough? Cheers MichaelW 👨‍🎨
