Hi,
The STARS report is just provided as an example, in case you want a starting point. If you want to do something different, that's fine. Ultimately, its content is to be negotiated between the Team and the Client, and the format should sensibly reflect the project goal with a series of specific tests to demonstrate that the goals have been achieved.
