This is regarding the foreign keys. You mentioned that we are not supposed to mention the foreign keys in ERD. But if we want to make records unique in a table , we may need to use some foreign keys of other tables . For eg: patient ID in the patient entity can be used in the appointments entity as well for reference. Is this possible ? Also, can we assume that a table has more attributes than mentioned in the document.
