Hello, Would it be incorrect to treat a multivalued attribute in the same way as a composite attribute in SQLite? E.G. instead of creating a new table for customer phone numbers, simply having 3 phone number attributes (phone1, phone2, phone3) in the Customer table? Thanks.

Please take inspiration from the lecture on logical modeling. Eventually, you have to decide what will be the best design for your database (and why you have chosen it).
