It seems my question has been overridden by newer posts. So I am here to ask my question again. Can you explain the relationship between treatment, surgery, appointment and service? Which one is equal to another, and which one contains another?

I do have my own understanding here, but I guess it would be wise to try to align my ideas with those of the graders. If I fail to figure out the "best" way to resolve ambiguities, will it hurt my grade a lot, or you do accept different interpretations of the problem?
