Hi, I had a long thought about this, and it makes no sense to me. If there are multiple processes in the in the ready queue and are spawned in general there will be no instances of IDLE anywhere as something can always start running. It makes no sense how in some cases the sleeping processes are unblocked first and in others ready processes are allowed to start running before processes can be unblocked, perhaps a more simpler way of explaining this would help so i can implement it in my code. Thank you
