Hi Chris, I ran into a bug when testing my solution today. Basically I have command "abc" with the execution time of 2000 minutes (>1 day) in estimate file and command "abc" being called every day at 2AM so it causes the program to crash as the command was still running before it is called again. Do we need to take this into account or should I assume commands will always finish before they are invoked again another time.

It is acceptable to have multiple commands with the same name running at the same time. However, be careful when testing such long-running commands, that they don't keep running beyond the end of the month (Requirement #8).

Our code doesn't let a command run if it would run passed the end of the month. On the sample solution, given: month: 0 crontab: 0 0 1 0 * foo estimates: foo 99999999 The command foo is called, even though it would run past the end of the month. So the result is foo 1 1 but in our code we don't call it since you said to make sure commands don't run past the end of the month so we get foo 0 0 Should we follow example solution, or follow the requirements?

Being misquoted. The project will not be tested with processes that run beyond the end of the month; you do not have to check for that.
