Hi there! Should we submit a zip file containing all the required .java files or should we submit them separately? Thanks!

According to the Assessed Lab folder it says "You should submit your solutions via cssubmit (see the link in the LMS menu). Submission is due at 11:59 am Sunday the 28th of April. You must submit exactly the following Java source code files: Empty.java Singleton.java Range.java Complement.java Union.java Intersection.java Do not submit .class files, a .jar file, or a text or PDF containing your code. If you do not submit only the relevant .java files" Seeing as they said "relevant .java files" it should be safe to say it's just .java separately

I believe cssubmit will happily support either without issue, but per the instructions I would prefer you submit all the files not in a zip. Submitting a zip will not cost you any marks, but might make marking a little more of a headache as the marker has to unpack and reorganize your files.
