Particularly this sentence in the project specification: "If the red team decides to disseminate a potent message, during the interaction round, the uncertainty variable of the red team will assume a high value." My understanding is the "red team" is a single red agent, and that the potent messages sent out will increase certainty for those green agents who hold the opinion to not vote - with the possibility of losing "followers" (connection between the red and a green agent). With the single red agent having no "uncertainty" themselves, as they are an agent that acts to influence the green population and will not change their own opinion.
