I was wondering if i could get some hint regarding question 17.Is it ineffective because intruders can easily capture the MAC addresses and also potentially configure their own devices to have that MAC address.

for the question 15 my two reasonings would be regarding the half node problem and half duplex connection where devices can either send or receive data at a time but not both.
