Kindly elaborate the 3rd filter regarding the year and cantril score more, because its not working after many attempts also.
And one more thing,
1.We need to ignore all the years less than 2011 and greater than 2021.
2. then apply the filter for just choosing the years than has cantril score greater than 3?

Yes, the sample data is correct. Because I was worried on that score, I did a couple countries by hand in the Excel spreadsheet. That corresponds to Sample 1, which is the same as Sample 2, except the later also contains a couple countries which do not have sufficient Cantril data points so are not included by the best predictor program.
The point is that it's always useful to have some external data to verify the methods used by your program, beyond simply assuming that the methods are necessarily right. If there is a difference, ask "Why is that?".
