I wanted to know if when said JPN Female, does it include only Female records or both Female and "both sexes" records. % tobacco_nation WHO_tobacco_control_tonly.csv JPN Female The global maximum percentage of tobacco users for Japan (JPN) was 14.7 in 2000 if there was a record in the dataset for "Both sexes" like below AMR Western Pacific JPN Japan 2000 Both sexes 9999999 28.2-38.9 Does the output have to be The global maximum percentage of tobacco users for Japan (JPN) was 9999999 in 2000 ?

Hi Kushan The spec says, "We will not be using Both, which is the mean of the Famale and Male smoking rates" Cheers MichaelW 🧑‍🎨
